"When will I receive my order?"
Your orders are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours (except on Saturdays and Sundays). However, this estimated timeframe may vary depending on product availability or certain peak periods (Black Friday, sales, etc.). Of course, we always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is prepared, the carrier takes over.
For deliveries in Belgium, in most cases, your package will be delivered within 3 to 4 days after preparation.
"I haven't received a tracking number."
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
If you have not received this email, several explanations are possible:

"My tracking indicates 'delivered', but I haven't received anything."
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, unfortunately, we cannot supervise its delivery.
